How long does the whole process take?
From your discovery call to your site going live is around two weeks. We've refined our process to make that possible without cutting corners.
What do I need to provide?
You'll fill in a short questionnaire covering your content, preferences, and any existing assets (logo, photos, copy). If you don't have these, we can help. Just ask.
Do I get revisions?
Yes. One comprehensive round of revisions is included. You'll get a preview link, leave your feedback, and we'll make your changes before going live.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is in your name from day one, always. The site is fully yours after 12 months, or sooner if you settle the term. On the one-off option it's yours as soon as it's paid for.
What happens if I cancel early?
There's a 12-month minimum term. If you need to leave before that, the remaining months are payable as a settlement and the site is fully yours. After 12 months you can leave any time with 30 days notice and we hand everything over.
What counts as an included update?
Changes to what's already there: new photos, updated prices, rewritten text, a new team member on the about page. New pages, new sections and new features are add-ons, quoted up front.
What if I need more than four pages?
Extra pages are £300 each. Just let us know what you need and we'll quote it up front, so there are never surprise invoices.
Can you add a blog?
Yes. Blog Integration is a £500 one-off setup: we build the blog into your site, styled to match, with feeds and SEO in place. Once it's live, your subscription includes us publishing two posts a month from content you provide in full. Posting more often than that is quoted up front.
Can I just pay once instead?
Yes. The one-off option is £2,499: the same website, yours from day one. If you'd like us to keep looking after it afterwards, there's an optional care plan from £30 a month, with the first 3 months free.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. The same price keeps buying hosting, security, updates and support, plus a small improvement session each quarter. Or leave with everything handed over on 30 days notice.
